My name is Alan Davies, and together with my sister, I started this home care business driven by a deeply personal experience that left a lasting impact on our lives. Our grandparents, who were our anchors of love and wisdom, recently passed away after enduring a distressing and inadequate home care experience. Watching them struggle in an environment that lacked compassion and respect during their final days was heart-breaking and something we could never forget. It made us realize just how vital proper care is—not just for physical well-being, but for maintaining dignity, comfort, and happiness during life’s most vulnerable moments.
We knew we couldn’t sit back and let others experience what our grandparents went through. So, we set out on a mission to create a service that would make a difference, one rooted in kindness, integrity, and a genuine commitment to improving lives. As Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of CADhealthcare, my role is to ensure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly so our care teams can focus on what truly matters—providing compassionate, high-quality care to those who need it most. I work closely with our team to develop strong operations, recruit dedicated staff, and ensure we have the right resources in place to support both our clients and caregivers.
I am passionate about creating a care service that people can trust, where every individual receives the support and dignity they deserve. While I may not be directly involved in providing care, I see my role as making sure that CADhealthcare operates in a way that allows our care teams to focus on delivering the best possible support to our community. My goal is to build a service that is not only efficient and reliable but also driven by genuine care for the people we serve. Noah Hagans - Director of Care Operations.
Noah, the Director of Care Operations at CADhealthcare, brings a wealth of firsthand experience to his role, having previously worked as a Healthcare Assistant. This background has given him a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of frontline care, as well as a genuine empathy for both caregivers and clients. His time as a Healthcare Assistant allowed him to develop hands-on expertise in providing personal care, supporting individuals with varying needs, and maintaining dignity and respect in every interaction.
Noah’s experience in this role has shaped his leadership approach at CADhealthcare. He understands the vital importance of supporting care workers, ensuring they have the tools, training, and encouragement needed to provide exceptional service. His journey from frontline care to operational leadership also gives him unique insights into improving processes, streamlining workflows, and addressing the practical realities of home care delivery.
